Banana Oats

This healthy banana oatmeal recipe is one of the easiest and most delicious breakfasts.Whole Oats Are Rich in Antioxidants and can control Cholesterol.

Ingredients :

  1. Oats. 

  2. Banana.

  3. Milk.

  4. Sugar.

  5. Optional Nuttela and Chocolate chips. 

Directions :

  • Take a bowl and pour milk heat for 5mins.

  • Now take and another bowl and add Oats.

  • Add Sugar and Chopped Bananas.

  • Then add boiled milk and mix them.

  • leave for 2 mins.

  • For more Add Nuttela and Chocolate chips.
