Butter Naan is a popular Indian flat bread recipe traditionally Butter Naan made in tandoor round clay oven.
1.4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
2.2 tbsp sugar
3.Baking soda (pinch).
4 Salt to taste
5.Curd and oil.
6.4 tbsp butter (ghee).
1.Take a bowl and add maida, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, curd, oil and mix well and make dough.
2 Cover with a moist cloth and rest for 1-2 hours in a warm place.
3.Then Pinch a ball sized dough.
4.And Gently roll to a rounded shape.
5.Now heat naan in a low flame few bubbles started to seen on naan.
6.Then brush with some butter / ghee.
7.Finally serve butter naan hot with your curry like butter paneer masala.
