Crispy Onion Pakoda
Onion Pakoda is a famous street food from India. These are crispy and crunchy onions mixed in chickpea flour and spices.And it is used for evening snacks,mostly we find in the bakers and street foods and fastfood centers.
Easy and simple to make only need is chickpea flour,onions and masala.
3-4 tbsp semolina/rawa.
1 tbsp chilly powder.
Salt and Oil.
Take a bowl and add chopped onions.
Add chickpea flour and water and mix them with loose.
Now add Chilly and turmeric powder and salt.
Mix them gently and add curry leaves.
Sleep the paste for 10 minutes.
Now heat the oil and add the paste in your own shape.
fry them until gets brown and take into a bowl.
