There are three secrets to restaurant-quality French fries at home choose the right potatoes cut them uniformly, and fry them twice. The first fry, at a lower temperature, softens and cook the potatoes, while the second fry browns them to crispy perfection. For more-rustic-looking fries that have a slightly earthy note, leave the peel on the potatoes; this also makes prep that much easier.
1.long thin Potato pieces. 2.Two spoons Vinegar. 3.Salt (Required). 4.Oil to Fried. Directions :
Place potatoes and vinegar in a saucepan and add water and Salt.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 10 minutes. Potatoes should be fully tender, but not falling apart. Drain and spread on a paper towel–lined rimmed baking sheet.
