Masala Fish Fry

Fish gives better eye sight and health benefits of lowering blood pressure,reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.A spicy treat for Seafood lovers

Ingredients :

1.Fish pieces.

2.Turmeric powder and Red chilli powder.

3.Ginger garlic paste.

4.Cumin seeds powder.

5.Fenugreek(methulu) powder.

6.Pepper and Salt.

Directions :

1.Clean fish and wash it well by rubbing with salt.

2.In a mixing bowl add garlic paste,turmeric and chilli powder, cumin seeds,fenugreek and salt.

3.Then add the fish to it and mix well.

4.Soak them for 10minutes.

5.Heat oil in a pan and add the mixed masala fish pieces with covering plate.

6.Fry them until gets brown.

7. Serve in bowl with coriander powder.
