Rava momos is a favourite sweet for lord Ganapathi in Ganesh Chaturthi and many of them loved to eat momos - Kudumulu.
1.Rava and Rice flour.
3.Sugar and Milk.
1.Take a bowl and fry rava , rice flour with ghee and keep aside.
2.In another bowl add milk and boil them.
3.Add Sugar, chopped cashews and cardamoms(yalakulu).
4.Boil them for 3 minutes.
5.Then Add the fried rava and rice flour in the milk and mix them until becomes paste with low flame.
6.After cooling make a small balls with your hands.
7.Then your rava momos is ready.
