Tasty Fried Rice

Fried rice is the most common dish in India.Everybody loves to eat fried rice across india and this cooked fried rice is mostly a routine and tasty dish.It seems like cooked rice by adding the ingredients like vegetables - carrot,potato,beans,peas and eggs.

Ingredients :

  1. Oil 3tbsp.

  2. Eggs.

  3. Salt ,garlic paste.

  4. Onions sliced.

  5. Cooked rice (preferrd leftover).

  6. Peas, tomato(needed).

  7. Turmeric and chilli powder.

  8. Green chillies.

Directions :

  • Take a bowl and pour oil and heat about 2 minutes .

  • Add onions,green chilles.Fry them until it gets brownish colour .

  • Now add garlic paste.Mix peas and tomato to cook for 1 minute.

  • Add eggs by breaking up on its top and add turmeric,salt and chilli powder.

  • After all items or ingredients are added mix them for 2 minutes.

  • Then add cooked rice and mix gently until all items get mixed properly.

  • Finally add coriander leaves and serve in a plate.
