1.Finely chop the cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum and combine them in a bowl.
2.Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and Pepper.
3.Then add all Purpose Flour (Maida) and Corn Flour.
4.Mix all the ingredients well.
5.Form small balls from the mixture and fry them in hot oil on medium flame.
6.Fry until gets brown and serve.
7.Finally add sauce in a bowl.
